Next Garda Recruitment Campaign
The next upcoming garda recruitment competition is due to launch in early 2024. Those that apply will be required to be successful at a number of stages including online aptitude tests, a competency based interview and a fitness test. The age limit is set to increase from 35 to 50 in the upcoming 2024 Garda campaign. While the age limit will increase, the current physical fitness test to become a garda will not change under the plan.
